The villas are expected to be handed over in 2019, as per the developer. The ground and infrastructure works are underway as of Q3 2016.
The regular registration fee of 4% for DLD + a minor fee for ERES. There are no more charges while buying directly through the developer. Secondary market purchases attract further charges such as NOC fee and agent's commission.
Currently the service charges have not been announced by the developer. But comparable projects by the same developer have service charges ranging from AED 2.5 – 3.5.
